A joint press conference was held Thursday in Tangier between the Moroccan Automotive Industry and Assembly Association (AMICA) and MIE Groups International to announce the signing of a strategic partnership between the two parties to organize the first edition of the Africa EV Mobility Expo.
This partnership marks the official launch of the two institutions' collaboration in organizing this major African event dedicated to electric and sustainable mobility, scheduled to be held at Anfa Park in Casablanca from November 19 to 21, 2025.
This exhibition will provide a platform bringing together various key players in the electric mobility ecosystem, including automakers, equipment suppliers, infrastructure operators, public institutions, startups, investors, and specialized media.
During their remarks at the conference, the organizers emphasized that this initiative aims to make the exhibition a permanent venue for accelerating the pace of energy transition on the African continent and strengthening Morocco's position as a regional center for innovation in the field of green mobility.
The meeting also presented the event's main objectives, the opportunities available to exhibitors, and the economic and professional expectations expected from organizing this event.
